Philip B. Kelley, age 72, of Napoleon, Ohio, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022 at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born on November 15, 1949 to Richard and Elizabeth (Weaver) Kelley in Lima, Ohio. Philip graduated from Bowling Green High School and was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and trapping.



He was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his sons Joshua (Elizabeth) Kelley, and Matthew Kelley; grandsons, Maxwell Kelley, and Benjamin Kelley. He is also survived by his siblings, D. Michael Kelley (Kathleen), Barbara (William) Hesselschwardt, Timothy (Angela) Kelley, and Dennis (Karen) Kelley.



No services are scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Snyder-Wesche-Hoening Funeral Home of Napoleon.
