SANZONE, Christine H. 66, of Middletown, died peacefully Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Bowling Green, Ohio on February 12, 1950 to parents John and Virginia (Pierson) Halleck, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Sanzone is survived by her husband and their four children, Vincent A. Sanzone Jr.; daughters, Mary Katherine (Bob) Sanzone Walters & Virginia (Shane Wetmore) Sanzone; sons, Vincent A. (Kate) Sanzone III & John H. (Heather) Sanzone. She is also survived by brothers, Peter (Marilyn) Halleck & Michael (Susan) Halleck; sisters, Katherine (Larry) Halleck Krabill & Mary (John) Halleck Frobose; and aunt, Julia Chew. Her eight grandchildren, Greer, Emersen, Cole, Luke, Vinnie, Hudson, Violet & Liliana, affectionately called her Grammie. After years as a real estate agent, Christine joined her husband to work at his law office. When she wasn't working, she was an avid traveler, journeying around the world with her dear friends and family. Whether it was bringing home treasures from afar, or supplying powdered donuts with every visit, Christine showered her children and grandchildren with much-appreciated treats. Christine was dedicated to her loved ones, and she will be greatly missed. Private services will be held by the family.
