Dorothy "Dotty" Marie Cheney, 48, Weston, died Jan. 23, 1999 at her residence.
She was born March 29, 1950 in Bowling Green to Lawrence A. and Ellen May Woessner Taylor. On June 10, 1967, she married Dennis C. Cheney in Upper Sandusky, and he survives in Weston.
Survivors also include two sons, Dennis Cheney Jr. and Daryl Ray Cheney, both of Bowling Green; a daughter, Lora Lea Zuhlsdorf of Weston; two brothers, Larry Taylor of Grand Rapids and Edward Taylor of Rudolph; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Taylor; and a sister, Carolyn Loofbourrow.
Mrs. Cheney had been employed at Bowling Green State University for 15 years as a cook. She attended the Community of Christ Lutheran Church, Bowling Green.
Services were held this morning, Wednesday, Jan. 27 at Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home, Bowling Green, with the Rev. Todd A. Jenks officiating. Burial was in Weston Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice, Bowling Green.
