Michael C. Finkenbiner, 65, of Bowling Green and formerly of Weston, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2015.
Michael was born in Toledo, Ohio to the late Eber and Kathryn (Koontz) Finkenbiner.
He married Diana Richmond on August 29, 1969 in the Good News Brethren Church in Bowling Green and she survives in Bowling Green.
Also surviving are his children: Heather (Brett) Guimond of North Las Vegas, Nevada and Todd (Nichole) Finkenbiner of Weston; grandchildren: Annastasia, Autumn, Dominick and Kristian.
He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Finkenbiner, and his brother, William Finkenbiner.
Michael was a Mechanical Designer for Owens Illinois and received his associates’ degree from Stautzenberger College in Mechanical Drafting.
Michael proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
Michael received his private pilot license and enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s school functions and other curricular activities.
Visitation for Michael will be held on Monday, September 28, 2015 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Loomis-Hanneman Funeral Home, 20375 E. Taylor St., Weston, 43569, where Michael’s funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 10:30 a.m.
Interment with Military Honors will follow in the Weston Cemetery.

Mike was always drawing airplanes in elementary school. He talked about wanting to own a Pipe Cub airplane.
